Well the wonderful Frankie has been Vlogging for quite sometime and it is her honest, irreverent and vegan posts that will draw you in!

She has become a very good friend of Courtney's and through this friendship Courtney has learned many things of gluten free, vegan, Mean Girls, Clueless & the best REX MANNING Day celebrations ever! ;o) Oh yeah and there were discussions on writing, manuscripts and all that jazz too!
